Situated right at the water’s edge, the villa creates a harmonious transition between land and ocean.

The residence is composed of two distinct volumes: a geometrically restrained main building in two stories, and a lower annex that frames a sheltered courtyard with a pool and outdoor living space.

The main volume is organized around a strict 3x3 grid of symmetrical rooms on each floor, centered around an atrium that introduces abundant natural light and a dramatic double-height space. The atrium functions as both a vertical connector and a spatial pause within the architectural structure.

The detached annex, facing the courtyard, houses the kitchen, dining, and living areas – open and light-filled spaces where interior and exterior blend seamlessly through large glass panels and sliding doors. Here, the boundaries between architecture and landscape dissolve, with the sea on one side and a wind-protected inner courtyard on the other.

The ground floor of the main building is dedicated to social functions: entrance, circulation, guest rooms, and a spa. The upper floor contains private bedrooms and workspaces, all offering generous views of the water and the surrounding landscape.

We have worked with a restrained and abstract exterior expression, balanced by a warm and richly layered interior material palette. The interior is defined by classic room proportions and a suite of interconnected spaces. A wide variety of stone and wood types have been used to create a tactile and refined atmosphere.
